BRIDGING DISPATCH AND OPS
Unified incident oversight as events unfold
STEMConnect aligns critical fireground intelligence across platforms. As events scale, responding crews access a shared view of the operation, allowing status updates to be transmitted throughout the agency based on specific connectivity and CAD configuration.

ENHANCE EN ROUTE AWARENESS
Deep insights beyond the location
STEMConnect offers responders a grouped view of vital operational intelligence, striving to make the data needed for safe responses accessible where it provides the most value to the user.
Incident updates
Live CAD data and job status logs aligned across all authorised and compatible agency devices.
Premises information
Entry to building specs, occupancy risks, and contact details to assist the commander's decision process.
Pre-incident plans
Strategic operational views and tactical diagrams pulled from agency databases for complex structures.
Hazards and warnings
Rapid access to operational alerts and site hazards flagged within the defined incident perimeter.
Water sources
Spatial mapping of hydrants, static tanks, and approved water access points near the dispatch address.
Responding units
Visibility of assigned assets toward the fireground, dependent on Agency data and settings.
SPATIAL INTELLIGENCE
Dynamic maps for every incident
Assess the emergency zone with tactical data layers over precise geographic locations. Mapping serves as the core of response, helping crews navigate access routes and local hazards when connected.

FIELD MOBILITY
Incident information that follows the crew
Critical information is no longer confined to the truck. STEMConnect helps ensure incident data and maps are available to fireground crews via a flexible ecosystem of handheld and integrated hardware, aiding situational awareness throughout the response as agency configuration allows.

In-vehicle support: Compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
CAD acts as the primary data source. Updates flow through the connected ecosystem based on specific Agency integration requirements and hardware settings.
CONTEXT-DRIVEN INTELLIGENCE
Providing relevant data for the mission

Structure fire
Building layouts, hydrant spots, and tactical plans prioritized for the first arriving units.

Bushfire and wildfire
Resource protection data, static water points, and Agency GIS layers shown at the fireground area.

Road rescue
Traffic flow and rescue manuals to support crew safety, where Agency data streams allow.

Hazardous materials
Vital alerts and data from verified external hazardous materials databases and alert feeds.
The Agency defines which data streams and tactical workflows are enabled for various incident types.

SAFETY AND VIGILANCE
Supporting crews as environments evolve
Where enabled by Agency setup, authorized personnel can trigger a duress signal from supported devices. The Agency manages who monitors these alerts and the escalation steps taken. CAD updates and verified warnings help teams maintain awareness throughout the response, subject to connectivity and the Agency’s configuration.
Configured duress: An Agency-configured action lets authorised personnel raise an urgent concern from a supported field device. Alert recipients and escalation procedures are agreed during implementation.
Vital incident updates: Share relevant CAD incident changes with authorised personnel, subject to connectivity and Agency configuration.
Approved warnings: Present approved hazards and operational warnings associated with the incident or location.

TAILORED TO YOUR AGENCY
Custom terminology and local workflows
Adjust status keys, terms, data sources, and safety protocols to fit Agency needs. The scope of available data depends on the specific CAD environment and the agreed implementation features determined during deployment.
